A RELAÇÃO ENTRE DIREITO E POLÍTICA: UMA ANÁLISE SOB A PERSPECTIVA DA REGIÃO METROPOLITANA E SUA GOVERNANÇA
O trabalho analisa criticamente a relação entre direito e política a partir da constituição de 1988, sob a perspectiva do fenômeno da região metropolitana e sua governabilidade como exemplo desta relação dialógica, complementar e interdependente, e, para tal mister, a metodologia qualitativa utiliza-se da análise documental, a partir de um caso concreto (jurisprudência e normas jurídicas), cujo resultados evidenciam que o Supremo Tribunal Federal, decidiu, em caráter geral e vinculante, de modo político, pois mitigou os limites da supremacia dos entes federativos.

Abstract:
The work critically analyzes the relationship between law and politics from the constitution and 1988, from the perspective of the phenomenon of the metropolitan region and its governability as an example of this dialogical, complementary and interdependent relationship, and, for this purpose, the qualitative methodology is used documentary analysis, based on a specific case (jurisprudence and legal norms), the results of which show that the Supreme Federal Court, decided, in a general and binding manner, in a political way, as it mitigated the limits of the supremacy of the federative entities.
