Abstract: This research aimed to evaluate the overall perception of a company's employees in Lajinha on the relationship of internal communication, communication errors or communications mistaken and the generation and management of conflicts in the organization. This chain undertakes the process if not managed properly, to Interference of people unprepared in the organizational climate and uncontrolled employees can be a poison in the corporation the theoretical research showed, the process of communication in business, channels and types, the factors that influence communication as processes of communication, business communication, also on the barriers, difficulties, errors and conflicts generated the ineffectiveness of the same. It appears that the process of business communication is indeed a tool for effective results. The identification of conflicts generated by the company, the origins and strands, when well managed can extract aspects and strengths points and make a successful mediation. Our results showed that among the benefits provided by a good management of communication in the company and provide conflict management in view of employees a healthy and productive environment.
