A RELAÇÃO ENTRE A GREVE E A SINDICALIZAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE A PERCEÇÃO DOS PORTUGUESES
Este estudo analisa a opinião dos cidadãos portugueses face às greves e aos sindicatos e a relação entre ambos os conceitos. Após uma análise quantitativa de 1071 questionários, concluiu-se que os portugueses percecionam a greve como um direito adquirido, que deve ser usado com moderação, para não prejudicar a restante população, mas não percecionam que o recurso à greve diminua com a perda de poder dos sindicatos, o que torna este resultado relevante para a literatura, pois coloca em causa a natural associação entre greve e sindicalização e contribui para a reflexão acerca da forma como exercemos a nossa cidadania.

Abstract:
This study analyzes the opinion of Portuguese citizens regarding strikes and unions and the relationship between both concepts. After a quantitative analysis of 1071 questionnaires, it was concluded that the Portuguese perceive strikes as an acquired right, which should be used sparingly, so as not to harm the rest of the population, but they do not perceive that the use of strikes decreases with the loss of power of unions, which makes this result relevant to the literature, as it calls into question the natural association between strikes and unionization and contributes to the reflection on the way we exercise our citizenship.
