A RELAÇÃO ENTRE A GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E A LOGÍSTICA: FATORES RELEVANTES E NOVAS PERSPECTIVAS COM BASE NA LOGÍSTICA 4.0
A presente pesquisa objetivou analisar as relações existentes entre a logística e a gestão do conhecimento em um contexto anterior e posterior ao surgimento da indústria 4.0. Neste trabalho identificou-se as principais tecnologias aplicadas a logística 4.0. Para isso, foi realizado um levantamento de artigos nas bases científicas Scopus e Web of Science referente ao período de 2012 a 2017. Com base na pesquisa realizada foram identificados seis fatores, quatro componentes chaves e nove tecnologias que relacionam a gestão do conhecimento, a logística e a indústria 4.0.

Abstract:
The present research aimed at analyzing the relationship between logistics and knowledge management in a context before and after the emergence of the industry 4.0. In this work we identified the main technologies applied to logistics 4.0. For this, a survey of articles was carried out in the scientific bases Scopus and Web of Science for the period from 2012 to 2017. Based on the research, six factors were identified, four key components and nine technologies that relate knowledge management, logistics and industry 4.0.
