A REFRAÇÃO HOMOFÓBICA NO JORNALISMO: ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE O ASSASSINATO DE BRUNA
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a refração da realidade homofóbica brasileira pelo jornalismo, mais específico, na notícia do assassinato de Bruna, publicada em 2017 pelo jornal pelotense Diário Popular, na versão impressa e no site. Desse modo, desenvolve análise discursiva da notícia a partir de quatro categorias analíticas baseadas em discussões teóricas abordando conceitos como Construção Social da Realidade, Notícia e sua produção, Discurso e Teoria Queer. Para dar luz às teorias citadas, utilizamos pensadores como Berger e Luckmann (2014), Alsina (2009), Correia (2009), Traquina (2005), Sobral (2009) e Butler (2016). Nesse sentido, a pesquisa explora o objeto em questão a partir de aspectos como estrutura do texto jornalístico (técnicas utilizadas na redação), contexto jornalístico e noticioso, valores-notícia adotados na mobilização do saber de narração jornalístico e, por fim, o discurso enunciado pelo sujeito enunciador da notícia (Diário Popular). Isso porque falamos do Brasil, país que mais mata travestis e transexuais no mundo, segundo relatório publicado em 2016 pela ONG Transgender Europe. Portanto, o trabalho busca demonstrar o posicionamento concordante e invisibilizante do veículo noticioso durante a narração do acontecimento com uma realidade brasileira marcada pelo discurso de ódio. Pois, ainda pode-se destacar que o Grupo Gay da Bahia (GGB) utiliza informações coletadas na mídia para elaborar relatórios anuais acerca do número de LGBTI+ mortos no país. Assim, se conclui que o jornalismo refrata uma realidade em consonância com padrões socialmente aceitos, uma realidade marcada pela homofobia e discriminação dos sujeitos que desconstroem as normas de inteligibilidade dos corpos.

Abstract:
The article aims to analyze the refraction of Brazilian homophobic reality by journalism, more specific, in Bruna`s murder news, published in 2017 by the newspaper Diário Popular (Pelotas – RS, Brazil). In face of this, it develops a discursive analysis of the news from four analytical categories, based on theorical discussions about Social Construction of Reality, News and its production, Discourse and Queer Theory. To give light to the aforementioned theories, we used thinkers such as Berger and Luckmann (2014), Alsina (2009), Correia (2009), Traquina (2005), Sobral (2009) and Butler (2016). In this sense, the research explores the object in question from aspects such as structure of the journalistic text (techniques used in writing), journalistic and news context, news values adopted in the mobilization of the knowledge of journalistic narration and, finally, the uttered discourse by the subject who announced the news (Diário Popular). That's because we talk about Brazil, the country that kills the most travestis and transsexuals in the world, according to a report published in 2016 by the NGO Transgender Europe. Therefore, the article seeks to demonstrate the concordant and invisible positioning of the news vehicle during the narration of the event with a Brazilian reality marked by hate speech. Because, it can still be highlighted that the Gay Group of Bahia (GGB) uses information collected in the media to prepare annual reports on the number of LGBTI + killed in the country. Thus, it is concluded that journalism refracts a reality in line with socially accepted standards, a reality marked by homophobia and discrimination of subjects who deconstruct the bodies' intelligibility norms.
