A REFORMA EDUCACIONAL NO BRASIL COMO REFLEXO DA REESTRUTURAÇÃO CAPITALISTA GLOBAL
O presente artigo analisa o papel
das crises de superprodução de capital
como elementos propulsores das constantes
reengenharias do capitalismo, objetivando
manter as taxas de acumulação e como esse
processo influi sobre os projetos educacionais
dos países de economia subordinada aos centros
dinâmicos do sistema, assim como, o papel dos
organismos financiadores internacionais na
implementação das reformas educacionais na
América Latina nos anos 90 do século passado.
Por fim, o texto aborda o cenário brasileiro frente
aos ajustes da macroeconomia mundial e seus
desdobramentos no campo educacional

Abstract:
The present article analyzes
the role of crises of capital overproduction as
propelling elements of the constant reengineering
of capitalism, aiming to maintain the rates of
accumulation and how this process influences the educational projects of the countries of
economy subordinated to the dynamic centers
of the system, the role of international funding
agencies in implementing educational reforms
in Latin America in the 1990s. Finally, the text
approaches the Brazilian scenario in the face
of the adjustments of the world macroeconomy
and its developments in the educational field.
