A REFORMA DO ENSINO MÉDIO NO BRASIL E OS DESAFIOS DO ENSINO MÉDIO INTEGRADO NA REDE FEDERAL DE EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL, CIENTÍFICA E TECNOLÓGICA
O presente artigo tem por objetivo contextualizar sobre a reforma do Ensino Médio estabelecida pela Lei nº 13.415 de fevereiro de 2017, que altera a Lei nº 9.394 de 1996 – Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação (LDB), e os impactos por ela gerados na organização do currículo, nas (im)possibilidades na formação da juventude e nos desafios do Ensino Médio Integrado na Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica. Este artigo busca ainda refletir em que contexto esta Reforma está situada, bem como apresenta um breve histórico sobre as políticas e legislações brasileiras do ensino médio, para apreender que essa reforma educacional não traz nada de novo e que internaliza objetivos diversos, mas sobretudo, reitera historicamente o dualismo estrutural da contradição entre capital e trabalho. E é dentro de um contexto de contradições que faremos a defesa do ensino médio integrado, forma essa de articulação que tem no seu bojo uma concepção de formação integral, na perspectiva de superar essa dualidade histórica em que se vê, por um lado, uma escola que prepara para a ação de executar e, por outro, uma escola que prepara para a ação de dirigir e planejar.

Abstract:
The following article aims to contextualize the reform of high school established by Law nº 13.415 of February 2017, which amends Law nº 9.394 of 1996, which established the guidelines and bases of national education, and the impacts generated by it in the organization of the curriculum, the (im)possibilities in the youth’s formation and the challenges of High School in the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education. Furthermore, this article is an effort to understand in what context this Reform is placed and also shows a brief history of Brazilian high school policies and legislation in order to expose that this educational reform does not bring anything new as it internalizes different goals, but essentially historically reiterates the structural dualism of the capital and labor contradiction. And it is within a context of contradictions that we will defend the vocational high school, a way that has at its core a concept of an integral formation in the perspective of overcoming this historical duality in which on the one hand it's possible to observe a school that prepares for the action of executing and, on the other, a school that prepares for the action of directing and planning.
