A REDE DE ATENÇÃO À SAÚDE NO ÂMBITO REGIONAL E SEUS REFLEXOS NA MORTALIDADE INFANTIL EM PESQUEIRA-PE
As redes de saúde são organizações
poliárquicas que se relacionam com a Atenção
Primária à Saúde, de modo a atender as demandas
de saúde de uma população, ofertando atenção
contínua e integral. Nesse cenário, a Mortalidade
Infantil auxilia na elaboração de ações e políticas
de atenção à saúde. Esse estudo poderá inferir
fatores relacionados à rede de atenção à saúde,
tanto no âmbito municipal quanto regional, tendo
como objetivo identificar as possíveis fragilidades
que impactam na mortalidade infantil, a partir
da análise do perfil de óbitos neonatal e pósneonatal e suas respectivas causas. A pesquisa é
descritiva, transversal, de abordagem quantitativa.
A coleta dos dados deu-se, a partir de dados
secundários obtidos pelo acesso aos Sistemas
de Informações na base municipal. Percebe-se então que a mortalidade infantil no município
apresenta um perfil semelhante ao que se observa
nas demais regiões do país, evidenciando uma
tendência de queda, sobretudo a partir do ano
de 2009. O componente de mortalidade infantil
é mais fortemente representado pelo neonatal,
destacando-se a neonatal precoce, com 53%
dos óbitos. De acordo com os resultados, sugerese falhas na assistência pré-natal, ao parto e ao
recém-nascido, como também, é possível observar
falha na Rede de atenção. Conclui-se que o
município precisa fortalecer as ações na atenção
primária, melhorando o acesso para a assistência
obstétrica e neonatal, qualificando o serviço com
políticas de educação permanente e a melhoria
do sistema de referência e contrarreferência.

dos dados, visto terem sido dados secundários

Abstract:
The health networks are polyarchic
organizations that relate to the Primary Health
Care in order to serve the demands of health of a
population, offering continuous and integral care.
In this scenario, the Infant Mortality assists in the
development of actions and politics of health care.
This study may infer factors related to the network
of health care, both at the municipal and regional
levels, aiming to identify possible weaknesses
that impact on child mortality, from the neonatal deaths profile analysis and post-neonatal and their causes. The research is descriptive,
cross-sectional, quantitative approach. The collection of data occurred from secondary data
obtained through access to information systems at the municipal base. Then, it is perceived
that infant mortality in the municipality presents a similar profile to that is observed in
other regions of the country, showing a downward trend, especially since 2009. The infant
mortality component is more strongly represented by neonatal, highlighting early neonatal,
with 53% of deaths. According to the results, it is suggested flaws in prenatal care, childbirth
and newborn, as well as it is possible to observe failure in attention Network. It concludes
that the municipality needs to strengthen efforts in primary care by improving the access
to obstetric and neonatal care, qualifying the servisse with politics of permanent education
and improvement of referral and counter-referral system. The study had limitations on the
use of data, because they were secondary data.
