Neste texto refletimos sobre alguns

desafios da educação, da escola e do professor

na atualidade, considerando ser a escola uma

instituição que conduza a inclusão educacional

e social de seus alunos. Na busca de pensarmos

sobre possíveis avanços na efetivação de uma

escola/educação realmente inclusiva e seus

reais efeitos na prática pedagógica, sem perder

de vista os limites e possibilidades para o

enfrentamento dos desafios postos à educação

na atualidade. Nesse sentido, defendemos

um olhar mais dirigido aos anos iniciais de

escolaridade dos alunos, como importante

base a que precisam ter acesso e efetivo

desenvolvimento nessa direção. Como aporte

teórico, este estudo dialoga, principalmente,

com Ferreira (2009), Freire (2011; 1980; 1979),

Hannoun (1998), Mariotti (2000) e Saviani

(2012).

Abstract:
In this text we reflect on some

challenges of education, the school and the

teacher in the present time, considering that

the school is an institution that leads to the

educational and social inclusion of its students.

In the quest to think about possible advances

in the realization of a truly inclusive school /

education and its real effects in pedagogical

practice, without losing sight of the limits and

possibilities to face the challenges posed to

education nowadays. In this sense, we defend

a more directed look at the initial years of

schooling of the students, as an important base

to which they must have access and effective

development in this direction. As a theoretical

contribution, this study mainly interacts with

Ferreira (2009), Freire (2011, 1980, 1979),

Hannoun (1998), Mariotti (2000) and Saviani

(2012).
