A (RE) ELABORAÇÃO DOS PLANOS MUNICIPAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO: A EXPERIÊNCIA NO SERTÃO DE ALAGOAS
O artigo é parte de uma pesquisa que buscou analisar o distanciamento das vozes dos sujeitos entre a elaboração e a execução de políticas educacionais no Brasil a partir da atuação do membros do fórum municipal de educação. Assim a pesquisa buscou analisar em que condições esses sujeitos se encontravam para poder participar da elaboração de um planejamento educacional para uma década, se muitas vezes, nos deparamos com essa deficiência de planejamento micro no próprio espaço de sala de aula. Como se deu a trajetória de elaboração do plano em outras localidades e como aconteceu essa participação. E revelou que os sujeitos apenas atuarem apenas com suas presenças nos espaços de debate e não tiveram suas falas presentes nos documentos finais.

Abstract:
The article is part of a research that sought to analyze the distancing of the subjects' voices between the elaboration and the execution of educational policies in Brazil based on the performance of the members of the municipal education forum. Thus, the research sought to analyze the conditions that these subjects were in to be able to participate in the elaboration of an educational planning for a decade, if we are often faced with this deficiency of micro planning in the classroom space itself. How the plan was developed in other locations and how this participation took place. And he revealed that the subjects only act only with their presence in the spaces of debate and did not have their speeches present in the final documents.
