A QUESTÃO FENOMÊNICA DA MORTE E A POSSIBILIDADE DE UMA FENOMENOLOGIA DO MORRER NAS CIÊNCIAS DAS RELIGIÕES
Este artigo transita entre as questões
da morte e do morrer, enquanto fenômenos
humanos experienciáveis. Decorrente disso,
pretendemos investigar a possibilidade de
uma fenomenologia do morrer, visto que, uma
fenomenologia da morte, a priori, é amplamente
descartada pela maioria dos estudiosos desta
temática, por ela, “em si mesma”, não constituir
uma experiência, uma vivência concreta da
realidade. Desse modo, nas Ciências das
Religiões, a fenomenologia da religião, enquanto
método de investigação, se apresenta como uma
via de acesso para uma profunda interpretação
desse fenômeno religioso em sua totalidade,
procurando trazer à tona a essência dessa
manifestação que ocorre através da experiência
religiosa do homo religiosus. Para verificarmos
a possibilidade acima levantada, lançamos mão
do pensamento de Van der Leeuw, Widengren
e Velasco sobre a fenomenologia da religião.
Com este arsenal teórico, pretendemos expor
os diferentes conceitos de morte, visto que o
termo se reveste de vários significados, com
o intuito de que essa distinção possa nos
fornecer subsídios suficientes para pensar
numa fenomenologia do morrer no âmbito das
Ciências das Religiões.

Abstract:
This article transit between the
issues of death and dying, while experiential
human phenomenal. It has the objective of
investigating the possibility of phenomenology
of dying, because a phenomenology of dying,
initially, is largely dismissed by most scholars,
for it does not constitute an experiment, a
concrete experience of reality. Thus, in Science
of Religions, the phenomenology of religion,
as a method of research, presents itself as a
gateway to a profound interpretation of the
religious phenomenon as a whole, trying to
bring out the essence of this manifestation
that occurs through the religious experience
of the homo religiosus. To verify the possibility
raised above, we used the thought of Van der
Leeuw, Widengren and Velasco about the
phenomenology of religion. With this theoretical
arsenal, we intend to expose the different
concepts of death, since the term has several
meanings, with the intention that this distinction
can provide us with enough information to think
of a phenomenology of dying in the context of
Science of Religions.
