A QUESTÃO DA PRESERVAÇÃO DO DIA DE GUARDA DAS RELIGIÕES: um estudo comparado entre Brasil e Portugal.
Trata-se de trabalho visando analisar a questão do dia de guarda previsto em diversas religiões especificamente sob a ótica do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e Português. Assim, incialmente foi realizado um contexto histórico da relação entre estado e religião nos referidos países. Em seguida, foi analisado o Direito de Liberdade de Religião. No tópico seguinte foi visto especificamente a questão do dia de guarda. Depois se buscou dar um enfoque jurisprudencial da questão debatida. Por fim, foram realizadas as considerações finais acerca do tema proposto.

Abstract:
This work aims to analyze the question of the day of custody foreseen in several religions specifically from the perspective of the Brazilian and Portuguese legal system. Thus, initially a historical context of the relationship between state and religion in these countries was carried out. Then, the Right to Freedom of Religion was analyzed. In the following topic, the question of the day of custody was specifically seen. Then, it sought to give a jurisprudential approach to the question debated. Finally, the final considerations about the proposed theme were made.
