A QUALIFICAÇÃO DO PROFISSIONAL DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL NO MERCADO ATUAL E O SEU IMPACTO DE CUSTO PARA UMA EMPRESA FORMAL
Atualmente a forte crise econômica no Brasil vem afetando diretamente o setor da construção civil e trazendo milhares de desempregados desta indústria, inclusive profissionais de cargos técnicos, como os engenheiros civis atuantes e os recém formados. Em função disto, este estudo tem o intuito de mensurar o impacto financeiro para as empresas de construção civil em uma cidade do interior do Paraná, ao manter e/ou contratar o profissional considerando sua capacitação adequada ao cargo ou a contratação de um profissional já habilitado a desempenhar as funções requeridas por ela. O estudo ainda reforçou a importância da atualização do setor diante da crise como ferramenta de diferenciação no mercado, acompanhando a revolução tecnológica mundial. Relacionou também o perfil do profissional do engenheiro civil, hoje disponível no mercado da construção que no geral não acompanha as inovações no segmento. Desta forma, foi verificado o custo desse profissional para a empresa, no intuito de visualizar melhor as alternativas do mercado frente à contratação de engenheiros civis. Foi possível concluir que é muito oneroso manter o profissional de engenharia civil em uma empresa e, portanto, mais interessante contratar esta mão-de-obra já apta às funções e expectativa do mercado do que ainda capacitá-lo internamente, já que implicaria em mais uma despesa, além do tempo até a qualificação.

Abstract:
Nowadays, due to an intense economic crisis that Brazil is facing, the construction sector is been directly affected by, causing the industry to reach high numbers in its unemployment rates, including in technical positions, such as active civil engineers and recent graduates. As a result, this study aims to measure the financial impact for civil construction companies in a city in the interior of Paraná, had by maintaining and/or hiring in company such professionals, considering their capacities for the job, or, by acquiring the services of a certified professional, that suits its necessities. The study also reaffirmed the sector need to update itself in the technological matter, using it as a tool to stand out in the market and combat the economic crisis. In addition, has related the profile of the available professional civil engineer in the construction labor market, which many times does not follow the latest innovation in the sector. Therefore, the cost of such professional for the company were checked, with objective of assure the best alternative that the market has in hiring civil engineers. It was possible to conclude that it is costive to keep a professional civil engineer in a company, and, it would be more interesting to hire this labor already fit to the job and markets requirements, over the option of training the professional internally, which imply in extra time and expense to achieve qualification.
