Abstract: Introduction: Cerebral Palsy (CP) affects the quality of life of individuals, being characterized by a static lesion, occurring in the pre, peri or postnatal period, compromising the central nervous system. Objective: to analyze how Fine and Broad Psychomotricity contributes to the psychomotor development of patients with Cerebral Palsy. Methodology: the work is a review of bibliographies that contemplate psychomotricity, as a physical therapy approach, in children with CP, in the period between 2013 and 2023, in the Scielo, PubMed, PEDro, and Google Scholar databases. Results: Psychomotricity can be worked on in different ways, being essential for neuropsychomotor development. Final Considerations: Psychomotricity as a physiotherapy resource is an imperative premise for the progress in the approach and treatment of children with PC.
