A PSICOLOGIA NOS PROCESSOS DE (DES) INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DO CÁRCERE
Esse estudo objetiva discutir o trabalho da psicologia nos processos de (des) institucionalização das pessoas privadas de liberdade. Para embasar o estudo, utilizou-se de teóricos da psicologia, filosofia, sociologia, os quais permitem refletir sobre a temática da institucionalização e da descaracterização do Eu ocorrida nos sujeitos durante o processo de prisionização. Observa-se que o funcionamento do sistema prisional impacta negativamente na subjetividade das pessoas privadas de liberdade, de modo, que estes, experienciam sofrimento psíquico decorrente dos processos de institucionalização. Nesse contexto, a psicologia tem assumido práticas de cuidado, atenção e acompanhamento as pessoas, com foco na ressignificação da identidade deteriorada, com o uso de estratégias de singularização que possibilitam o empoderamento e o enfrentamento da lógica segregativa. Conclui-se que o trabalho da psicologia pode romper com a norma de controle e auxiliar o sujeito na construção de interstícios de liberdade.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to discuss the job of psychology in the processes of (de) institutionalizations of people deprived of their liberty. To base the study, we use of the psychology, philosophy, sociology theorists, which allow us to reflect on the thematic of institutionalization and of the de-characterization of the “Self” that occurred in the subjects during the prison process. It is observed that the functioning of the prison system impact negatively on the subjectivity of the people deprived of their liberty, so that they experience psychic suffering from the institutionalization. In this context, the psychology has adopted practices of care, attention and accompaniment of the people, with a focus on re-signifying of deteriorated identity, with the use of singularizations strategy that enable empowerment and confront of the segregative logic. It is concluded that the job of psychology can break with the control norm and assist the subject in the construction of interstices of liberty.
