A PSICOLOGIA FENOMENOLÓGICO-HERMENÊUTICA E A DES-MEDIDA DO TRABALHO NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE
O objetivo deste estudo é tecer
uma reflexão sobre o contexto do trabalho na
atualidade, tendo como base as concepções da
psicologia fenomenológico-hermenêutica em
Martin Heidegger. O trabalho, desde a Revolução
Industrial, e cada vez mais intensamente, vem
apresentando um modo de estabelecimento
de sentidos determinado preponderantemente
pela produtividade incessante, desdobrando-se
em metas e resultados sempre inalcançáveis,
requerendo do homem o envolvimento total
com o seu trabalho, não havendo espaço para
a moderação. Desse modo, buscando atender
às orientações do seu tempo, o próprio sujeito
é tomado em seu produzir de forma ilimitada.
Heidegger, em sua obra Ser e Tempo, dá relevo
ao fato de que o homem, uma vez que se
constitui na relação com o mundo e sendo essa
relação caracterizada pela indeterminação,
tende, de início e na maior parte das vezes, a
assumir as orientações do mundo que é o seu.
Tomando como referência as verdades ditadas
pelo mundo moderno, baseadas no pensamento
técnico-calculante e que Heidegger nomeou
como era da técnica, o homem se defronta com
o caráter de desmedida do trabalho vigente,
vivendo essa relação de forma objetificada,
pois que sua condição humana é posta em
segundo plano, decorrendo, daí, a dor e o
sofrimento psíquico. Ao pensarmos a relação
do trabalhador para com sua tarefa além dos
limites da produtividade, tendo como base a
fenomenologia hermenêutica, passamos a
compreender esse projeto a partir do modo
como este se situa singularmente na relação do
homem-trabalho, dentro do horizonte histórico
no qual essa relação se encontra.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is
to provide a reflection on the context of the
current work, based on the conceptions of
phenomenological-hermeneutic psychology
in Martin Heidegger. Work, since Industrial
Revolution, and increasingly intensevely
nowadays, has been presenting a mode
of establishment of meanings determined
predominantly by incessante productivity,
unfolding in goals and results Always unattainable,
requiring human being to be totally involved in
its work, with no space for moderation. In this
way, seeking to attend to the orientations of its
historical time, human being itself is taken over in its unlimited production. Heidegger,
in his work Being and Time, emphasizes the fact that that man and worman, since
they are constituted in the relation with the world and being this relation characterized
by the indetermination, tends, at the beginning and in the majority of the times, to
assume the influences of their world. Taking as reference the truths dictated by the
modern world, based on the technical-calculating thought and that Heidegger named
as technique age, the man faces the character of excessive work, living that relation of
objectified form, because its human condition is placed in the background, resulting,
from there, pain and psychic suffering. When we reflect the relation of the worker to his
task beyond the limits of productivity, based on the hermeneutic phenomenology, it is
possible to understand this project as it stands singularly in the relation of man-work,
within the historical horizon in which this relationship lies.
