A PROPOSTA DA "CLÍNICA AMPLIADA" COMO HUMANIZAÇÃO NA CONCEPÇÃO DOS ENFERMEIROS: UMA QUESTÃO DE CONDIÇÃO HUMANA
A Clínica Ampliada é uma das diretrizes da Política Nacional de Humanização e tem como proposta o bem-estar físico, psicológico e social do paciente. Ademais, é válido ressaltar que a humanização na assistência de enfermagem é primordial para o enfermeiro e para o paciente, pois tem como objetivo um cuidado humanizado. Sendo assim, a junção da clínica ampliada e do tratamento humanizado dos profissionais enfermeiros acarreta para o bem do sujeito e dos próprios enfermeiros. Em consequência disso, se tem como o objetivo a necessidade da reflexão sobre a proposta da clínica ampliada como a humanização na concepção dos enfermeiros. A metodologia é teórico-reflexiva. Posto isso, é notório que os pacientes que recebem os cuidados através da clínica ampliada apresentam uma melhora significativa, visto que, recebem um atendimento individualizado. Diante disso, como contribuições potenciais, vislumbra-se a ampliação da discussão referente à Clínica Ampliada nos diversos serviços de saúde que, apesar de haver amparo legal para sua efetivação, ainda se mostra aquém do desejado. A proposta é fazer com que esse assunto seja amplamente debatido, com vistas a sensibilizar profissionais de saúde e gestores, para superar obstáculos impostos por desconhecimento da Clínica Ampliada, que há tanto tempo é negligenciada, e assim, colocá-la em prática. Para tal fim, esta reflexão pode subsidiar novas temáticas para área de educação permanente em saúde.

Abstract:
The Expanded Clinic is one of the guidelines of the National Humanization Policy and aims at the physical, psychological and social well-being of the patient. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that humanization in nursing care is essential for nurses and patients, because it aims at humanized care. Thus, the combination of the expanded clinic and the humanized treatment of nursing professionals entails for the good of the subject and of the nurses themselves. Then, the objective is the need for reflection on the proposal of the expanded clinic as humanization in the nurses' conception. The methodology is theoretical-reflexive. That said, it is notorious that patients who receive care through the expanded clinic present a significant improvement, since they receive individualized care. Therefore, as potential contributions, we can see the expansion of the discussion regarding the Expanded Clinic in the various health services, which, despite the fact that there is legal support for its implementation, is still below the desired. The proposal is to make this subject widely debated, with a view to sensitizing health professionals and managers, to overcome obstacles imposed by ignorance of the Expanded Clinic, which has been neglected for so long, and thus put it into practice. To this end, this reflection can support new themes for the area of continuing health education.
