A PRODUÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO: POPULAÇÃO EM SITUAÇÃO DE RUA EM DEBATE
Este artigo tem como objetivos: 1) analisar as produções sobre população em situação de rua nos anais da Jornada Internacional de Políticas Públicas (JOINPP); 2) identificar as principais denominações, conceitos e caracterização desse segmento populacional; e 3) verificar quais temáticas estavam presentes nas produções e a maior incidência no que se refere a essa população. Em termos metodológicos, tipifica-se a pesquisa bibliográfica, como procedimento, se optou pela análise dos anais da JOINPP estabelecendo um recorte investigativo temporal entre os anos de 2013 e 2017. E a partir desse procedimento de coleta de dados, foi realizada a apreciação através do que se denomina Estado da Arte, recorrendo a metodologias de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa. Destarte, os principais achados investigativos foram o Serviço Social como a área de conhecimento, nos anais produzidos nas 6ª, 7ª e 8ª JOINPP que compreende respectivamente os períodos de 2013, 2015 e 2017, que indicam que a produção sobre a população em situação de rua são principalmente publicações de assistentes sociais que perpassam o campo da política de assistência social.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the productions about homeless people, to identify the main denominations, concepts and characterization of homeless people; to verify which themes were present in the productions and the highest incidence regarding to this population segment. In methodological terms, bibliographic research is typified, and as procedure, the analysis of the annals of the International Public Policy Journey was chosen, establishing a temporal investigative cut between the years 2013 and 2017. From this data collection procedure, an evaluation was made through what is called the State of the Art, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Therefore, the main investigative findings were social service as the area of knowledge, in the annals produced on the 6th, 7th and 8th JOINPP (International Public Policy Journey), which comprises the periods of 2013, 2015 and 2017, respectively, which indicated that the production on the homeless population they are mainly publications by social workers that pass over the social assistance policy field
