A PRODUÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO DO PACTO NACIONAL PELA ALFABETIZAÇÃO NA IDADE CERTA (Pnaic) SUBSUMIDO EM PERIÓDICOS ELETRÔNICOS E ANAIS DA ANPED NO ENTRETEMPO 2014-2020
Destina-se o presente artigo a contextualizar no cenário da política nacional de alfabetização da criança, as formulações consubstanciadas aos debates acerca do Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa (Pnaic) confluentes às produções prescritas em periódicos do Portal Scientifc Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) e História, Sociedade e Educação no Brasil (HISTEDBR), bem como as produções dos anais da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPED) Nacional, no entretempo 2014-2020. O objetivo é considerar as publicações configuradas em pesquisas do tipo estado do conhecimento para delinear as tendências de análises do Pnaic sobre os eixos norteadores do programa, quais sejam: formação, material, avaliação e gestão. Como metodologia, trata-se de abordagem qualitativa instrumentalizada pelo caráter bibliográfico e documental. Os resultados apontam que as tendências de pesquisas se voltam para o eixo de formação. Além disso, constata-se o silenciamento sobre a descontinuidade dos Programas Nacionais em alfabetização, subsumidas tanto nas produções acadêmicas levantadas quanto na composição norteadora da Política Nacional de Alfabetização.

Abstract:
This article is intended to contextualize in the scenario of the national child literacy policy, the formulations embodied in the debates about the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age (Pnaic) confluent with the productions prescribed in journals of the Scientifc Electronic Library Online Portal ( SciELO) and History, Society and Education in Brazil (HISTEDBR), as well as the productions of the annals of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPED) in the period 2014-2020. The objective is to consider publications configured in state of knowledge surveys in order to outline the trends in Pnaic's analysis on the program's guiding axes, namely: training, material, evaluation and management. As a methodology, it is a qualitative approach instrumentalized by bibliographic and documental character. The results show that research trends turn to the formation axis. In addition, there is a silencing of the discontinuity of literacy programs, subsumed both in the academic productions surveyed and in the guiding composition of the National Literacy Policy.
