A PRODUÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS ORGÂNICOS NUMA PERSPECTIVA BIOECONOMICA
O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar um
levantamento bibliométrico, visando mapear as
publicações disponibilizadas na base de dados
Scopus, referentes ao tema bioeconomia versus
produção orgânica, buscando compreender
como as pesquisas científicas vinculadas à
bioeconomia estão evoluindo quanto ao tema
relacionado à produção orgânica. A partir da
análise de 201 artigos, os resultados revelaram,
no intervalo dos anos de 1974 a 2015, um
significativo crescimento da quantidade de
publicações, principalmente a partir do ano
de 2006. Já no período de 2013 e 2014 houve
o ápice do número das publicações nessa
temática. Analisando os resultados encontrados
pode-se constatar que os artigos que estão
vinculando a bioeconomia e produção orgânica
assumem atualmente um papel importante, pois
retratam a evolução significativa da comunidade
científica, nos últimos anos, em abordar o
tema com interesse da população na busca de
alimentos mais saudáveis e desenvolvimento
sustentável.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to
perform a bibliometric survey intended to map the
publications available in the Scopus database
correlating both bioeconomy and organic
food production subjects, understanding how
scientific research related to the bioeconomy
are evolving on the issue related to organic food
production. From the analysis of 201 articles,
the results revealed, in the range of years 1974
to 2015, a significant increase in the number of
publications, especially from the year 2006. In
the period 2013 to 2014 was the culmination
of the number of publications on this subject.
Analyzing the results obtained it can be seen that
the articles that are linking the bio-economy and
organic production currently play an important
role because portray the significant evolution
of the scientific community in recent years, to
address the subject of interest of the population
in search of food healthier and sustainable development.
