A PRODUÇÃO DA VIOLÊNCIA NA SOCIEDADE CAPITALISTA: APONTAMENTOS CRÍTICOS ACERCA DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE VIOLÊNCIA ESTRUTURAL, CRIMINALIDADE E POBREZA

O presente artigo trata sobre violência estrutural e sua relação com a

produção de violências na sociedade atual, tem por objetivo depreender as

influências da violência estrutural sobre sujeitos que cometeram crimes e refletir

criticamente sobre o processo de criminalização das classes vulneráveis e/ou

socialmente excluídas. A pesquisa é de caráter exploratório e os procedimentos

técnicos contemplam pesquisa teórico-bibliográfica. Partindo-se de uma teoria

social crítica, de base materialista histórico-dialética, que compreende a

violência como uma construção social, histórica e cultural, o artigo é oriundo de

um trabalho de pesquisa que pretende compreender as implicações da violência

estrutural para a produção da criminalidade, em relação ao público alvo do

Programa Patronato de Toledo-PR, órgão de execução penal em meio aberto.

Abstract:
The present article is about structural violence and his relation with

the production of violences in the current society, it aims to understand the

influences of the structural violence on subjects that committed crimes and to

think critically about the process of criminalization of the vulnerable and / or

socially excluded classes. The inquiry is exploratory and the technical

proceedings consider theoretical research and literature review. Leaving from a

critical social theory, the historical dialectic materialism, what understands the

violence like a social, historical and cultural construction. The article is from a

research that intends to understand the implications of the structural violence to

the production of the criminality, regarding the public of the Patronato Program in

Toledo-PR, organ of penal execution in open environment.
