A PROBLEMÁTICA DO BULLYING NA ESCOLA: REFLEXÕES E DESAFIOS PARA A GESTÃO E A COORDENAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA
O Bullying é um fenômeno resultante
da intolerância no contexto social, e vem
se instalando nos ambientes escolares. Por
isso, é necessária a integralização da gestão
e coordenação pedagógica num olhar mais
observante, buscando estratégias que envolvam
toda a comunidade escolar no combate a esta
desagradável realidade. A metodologia deste
trabalho, que trata de reflexões e desafios
da gestão e da coordenação pedagógica
diante do fenômeno do Bullying nas escolas,
fundamenta-se na revisão bibliográfica acercar
do tema destacando sua centralidade no
contexto escolar. Enfim constatou-se que o
trabalho coletivo entre gestão e coordenação
pedagógica traz importantes resultados as
ações educacionais.

Abstract:
Bullying is a phenomenon
resulting from intolerance in the social context,
and has been installed in school environments.
Therefore, it is necessary to integrate
pedagogical management and coordination
in a more observant look, seeking strategies
that involve the entire school community in
the fight against this unpleasant reality. The
methodology of this work, which deals with
reflections and challenges of pedagogical
management and coordination in the face of the
Bullying phenomenon in schools, is based on the
bibliographic review of the theme highlighting
its centrality in the school context. Finally it
was verified that the collective work between
management and pedagogical coordination
brings important results the educational actions.
