A PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO E O ADOECIMENTO MENTAL DOS TRABALHADORES: EXISTE ESSA RELAÇÃO NO CONTEXTO CAPITALISTA NEOLIBERAL?
O presente artigo trata-se de uma análise acerca do sofrimento psíquico dos trabalhadores brasileiros dada a precarização das relações de trabalho no contexto capitalista neoliberal que vivenciamos. O referencial teórico foi a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, que visa estudar as relações subjetivas entre o trabalhador e sua atividade. Optou-se pela pesquisa dedutiva, com técnica bibliográfica-doutrinária, tendo compilação e revisão de material acerca do assunto proposto. Percebe-se, como resultado desse estudo, que o valor atribuído ao trabalho se relaciona ao psiquismo das pessoas, afetando-o negativamente em condições como as experimentadas agora, de alta demanda por produtividade, rentabilidade e sob ameaça de desemprego, o que deve ser revisto e modificado em prol da garantia da dignidade desses indivíduos.

Abstract:
The present article is an analysis about the psychological suffering of Brazilian workers given the precariousness of labor relations in the neoliberal capitalist context that we are experiencing. The theoretical framework was the Psychodynamics of Work, which aims to study the subjective relationships between the worker and his activity. Deductive research was chosen, using bibliographic-doctrinal technique, with the compilation and review of material on the proposed subject. It can be seen, as a result of this study, that the value attributed to work is related to people's psyche, affecting it negatively in conditions like those experienced now, with high demand for productivity, profitability and under threat of unemployment, which must be revised and modified in order to guarantee the dignity of these individuals.
