A PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO DOCENTE: UMA BREVE ANÁLISE DO “ESCOLA SEM PARTIDO”
No presente trabalho discutimos
a precarização do trabalho de uma forma
genérica, abordando a precarização do trabalho
docente a partir do Projeto de Lei n°867/2015
denominado de Escola sem Partido do qual faz
parte políticas de base conservadora e neoliberal
que valorizam a meritocracia, as capacidades e
competências dos alunos, e por consequência,
levam a desvalorização e precarização do
trabalho docente com propostas pedagógicas
que enxugam currículos que se dão através,
por exemplo, da Reforma do Ensino Médio e
do PL Escola sem Partido. Nesse contexto,
o que este último projeto propõe implicaria a
mudança da função docente através de ataque
aos professores da educação, tirando-lhes a
autonomia de ensinar, de educar e de avaliar.
Diante disso, o objetivo precípuo deste trabalho,
que está estruturado em um estudo de cunho
bibliográfico, consiste em apresentar ainda que
de maneira introdutória uma análise do Escola
sem Partido e com ela a precarização do
trabalho docente que é a liquidação da escola
pública como espaço de formação humana.
Sobre a base dos pressupostos do Escola sem
Partido é que iremos, neste trabalho, expor os
problemas advindos desse Projeto de Lei e seus
impactos na educação e no trabalho docente

Abstract:
On the present paper we discuss
the precarization of the teachers working
conditions through the law project number
967/2015, named after “Apolitical School”,
which contains conservative and neoliberal
policies that encourage the meritocracy, the
abilities and competences of the students and,
by consequence, lead to the depreciation and
precarization of the teachers working conditions
by pedagogical prepositions that drain out the
school curriculum and happen through projects
like the High School Reform and Apolitical
School. Regarding this, the propositions of
this last project implicates the changing in the
function of the teachers at work, taking away
from them the autonomy in teaching, educating

and evaluating the students. Therefore, the goal of this of this paper, which is structured
on a bibliographic study, consists in an introductory analysis of the project Apolitical
School and within it the precarization of the teachers working conditions that is the
annihilation of the public school as a place of human formation. On the basis of the
presupposes of the project Apolitical School we will show the problems that come from
this project and its impacts on both the education and the teachers working conditions.
