Abstract: In teaching, the teacher constantly reviews his training, which is constituted through beliefs, values, attitudes, questions and exchange of experiences, making him perceive the act of teaching and learning as a transitional praxis between learning and interpersonal relationships established between him and the student. Through this article it is possible to investigate affectivity in the face of this process, as it is a multiplier agent of skills and abilities, an investigative search for the factors that make human relationships between teacher and student a differentiator for the acquisition of new knowledge, where affectivity is a pedagogical instrument that subsidizes the subject’s education. As a result, it prepares you for the job market, with affection being fundamental to life, in all its phases and in all its forms. The study highlights the importance of emotional bonds in the teaching-learning process and the role of the Teacher in remaining attentive to the various aspects of affection established in this relationship. The chosen method consists of exploratory research through bibliographies of authors who emphasize the affective issue and its contribution, both pedagogical and educational in the teaching-learning process through the Teacher. Therefore, countless possibilities open up for the act of learning and teaching; sometimes subject, sometimes object, this exchange allows expanding knowledge, exploring mechanisms that assist in interaction and also in the growing need to take effective, permanent and sustainable actions towards the construction of a new educational paradigm.
