A PRÁTICA DOCENTE DE UMA EDUCAÇÃO MEDIADORA NO PROEITI: O DISCURSO DE PROFESSORES NA POLÍTICA DE EDUCAÇÃO INTEGRAL
O estudo em tela versa acerca da educação como uma ação mediadora no PROEITI. Alicerçados em uma educação emancipadora para a autonomia discente o ensaio tomou como objetivo analisar os discursos dos professores quanto ao olhar dos familiares sobre o programa PROEITI como uma ação política de uma Educação Integral e mediadora da prática docente que acontece no Distrito Federal. A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico e de campo tem sua base epistemológica sustentada na Análise do Discurso Crítica, para compreender e analisar os dados coletados nas duas escolas investigadas. A pesquisa ocorreu com (19) professores de duas escolas que tem o programa PROEITI como política, sendo que para realização e coleta dos dados foi utilizado o grupo focal e o questionário. Os resultados permitiram abranger e perceber que o PROEITI vem atendendo a lei de políticas educacionais e públicas ao oportunizar o acesso e a permanência a uma educação de PROEITI as crianças de vulnerabilidade social da comunidade; A prática docente nestas escolas vem sendo desenvolvida mediante a profissionalidade reflexiva, dentre outras possibilidades que trazem caminhos para uma construção política cada vez mais sólida no PROEITI.

Abstract:
The study on screen deals with education as a mediating action in PROEITI. Based on an emancipating education for student autonomy, the essay aimed to analyze the speeches of teachers regarding the view of family members on the PROEITI program as a political action for Integral Education and a mediator of teaching practice that takes place in the Federal District. The qualitative research of bibliographic and field nature has its epistemological base supported by Critical Discourse Analysis, to understand and analyze the data collected in the two schools investigated. The research took place with (19) teachers from two schools that have the PROEITI program as a policy, and the focus group and the questionnaire were used to conduct and collect the data. The results made it possible to understand and understand that PROEITI has been complying with the law on educational and public policies by providing access and permanence to a PROEITI education for socially vulnerable children in the community; The teaching practice in these schools has been developed through reflective professionalism, among other possibilities that bring paths to an increasingly solid political construction in PROEITI. -
