A POTENCIAL CAPACIDADE DE ENTENDIMENTO DA ILICITUDE DOS ATOS PRATICADOS PELO JOVEM CONTEMPORÂNEO NA VISÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS QUE ATUAM DIRETAMENTE COM ELE
Este artigo busca demonstrar
que o jovem, no decorrer de sua evolução,
passa por várias transformações, quer sejam
provenientes de relações interpessoais ou do
meio social, que o envolvem e interferem no
seu processo de aprendizado; quer sejam com
a massificação de informações que chegam
até ele pelas redes sociais, tecnologias, entre
outros. Pondera-se, ainda sobre a maturidade
destes jovens frente aos atos que praticam, ou
seja, se o seu entendimento psicológico está
à frente do seu desenvolvimento biológico,
baseado na visão de profissionais que atuam
na área. Deste modo, esta pesquisa aborda
estudos doutrinários, alguns apontamentos da
jurisprudência, bem como pesquisa de campo.

Abstract:
This article tries to demonstrate that
the young person, in the course of its evolution,
undergoes several transformations, whether
coming from interpersonal relations or from the
social life, that involves it and interferes in its
learning process; Either with the massification
of information that reaches him through social
networks, technologies, among others. It is also
considered the maturity of these young people
in relation to the acts they practice, that is, if their
psychological understanding is more advanced
than their biological development, based on the
vision of professionals who work in the area.
