A POSSIBILIDADE DA APLICAÇÃO DOS INVENTÁRIOS DE PATRIMÔNIO ARQUITETÔNICO REALIZADOS EM PEQUENAS CIDADES DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL COMO PROMOTOR DO TURISMO CULTURAL
Turismo Cultural é uma atividade
que permite ter consciência das diversas
culturas, conhecendo o modo de ser e fazer de
diferentes povos. O fenômeno da globalização,
a internet e atualmente as redes sociais instiga
no ser humano o desejo de viajar, possibilitando
uma troca sociocultural. As cidades precisam
utilizar os seus bens materiais e imateriais para
estimular a curiosidade do futuro visitante. Para
isso, é possível empregar o patrimônio edificado
para este fim, entretanto, faz-se necessário que
o este esteja preservado e ressignificado.
Assim, a proposta deste trabalho é o
emprego do Inventário Arquitetônico, um dos
instrumentos legais de proteção do patrimônio
edificado, como indutor do turismo cultural.
Quatro cidades do interior do Rio Grande do Sul
tiveram suas edificações inventariadas, a saber
Caçapava do Sul, Ijuí, Cruz Alta e Santo Cristo,
permitindo a divulgação de seus bens imóveis,
despertando o interesse dos futuros visitantes,
induzindo ao Turismo Cultural e promovendo a
autoestima de seus cidadãos e proporcionando
a geração de renda

Abstract:
Cultural tourism is activities that
enable to be aware of different cultures, and
allow the tourist knows how different people
are and do. The phenomenon of globalization,
the Internet and social networks instigates the
human desire to travel, enabling a socio-cultural
change. Cities must use their tangible and
intangible assets to stimulate the curiosity of the
future visitor. Therefore, it is possible to employ
their architectural heritage for this purpose;
however, it is necessary that this be preserved
and resignified.
The aim of this article is the use of the
Architectural Inventory, one of the legal
instruments for the protection of Architectural
Heritage, as a promoter of cultural tourism. Four
cities in the states of Rio Grande do Sul had
their inventoried buildings, namely Caçapava
do Sul, Ijuí, Cruz Alta e Santo Cristo, allowing
the disclosure of their real estate, attracting
the interest of prospective visitors, leading to
cultural tourism and promoting self-esteem of
their citizens and providing the generation of income
