A Perspectiva Integracionista da Escola Latino Americana de Agroecologia
Este artigo é parte da pesquisa
desenvolvida durante a realização do mestrado,
no Programa de Pós-Graduação Sociedade
Cultura e Fronteiras, e aborda a temática da
integração da América Latina sob a perspectiva
dos movimentos Sociais, especificamente o
Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem
Terra (MST). Com objetivo de apresentar a
Escola Latino Americana de Agroecologia
(ELAA) e sua dinâmica, vinculando à
descrição, à compreensão e análise da
perspectiva integração presente em suas
práticas educativas. A metodologia utilizada foi
o estudo de caso, com pesquisa bibliográfica
e documental e como instrumento de coleta
de dados a entrevista semiestruturada. Os
resultados indicaram uma perspectiva de
integracionista entre os povos proporcionada
pelo intercâmbio de conhecimentos e
experiências, com preservação das culturas e
soberania dos países, tendo a educação um
papel fundamental de contribuição para essa
integração.

Abstract:
This article is part of the research
developed during the master’s degree in the
Post-Graduation Society and Culture Program,
and deals with the theme of Latin American
integration from the perspective of the social
movements, specifically the Landless Rural
Workers Movement (MST). With the objective
of presenting the Latin American School of
Agroecology (ELAA) and its dynamics, linking
to the description, understanding and analysis
of the integration perspective present in its
educational practices. The methodology used
was the case study, with bibliographical and
documentary research and as instrument of
data collection the semi-structured interview.
The results indicated an integrationist
perspective among the peoples provided by
the exchange of knowledge and experiences,
with the preservation of the cultures and
sovereignty of the countries, with education
having a fundamental role of contributing to this
integration.
