A PERSPECTIVA DE GÊNERO E RAÇA NAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NO CENÁRIO NEOLIBERAL: UMA ANÁLISE DA AGENDA GOVERNAMENTAL PIAUIENSE
A violência de gênero têm sido intensamente debatida na cena contemporânea, mormente devido aos índices elevados de feminicídio, o que requer uma postura ativa por parte do Estado a fim de se resguardar socialmente as mulheres em situação de violência. Este artigo pondera a respeito da formatação das políticas públicas na agenda governamental do Estado do Piauí sob a perspectiva do gênero e da raça. O objetivo consiste em verificar a presença e estrutura de políticas públicas voltadas especificamente às mulheres negras em situação de violência no cenário neoliberal. A partir de um estudo descritivo e qualitativo, o trabalho se desenvolveu mediante revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema e através da análise documental de arquivos disponíveis no site oficial do Governo do Estado do Piauí. Aponta-se ao final a carência de políticas públicas no Estado do Piauí destinadas especialmente à mulher negra em situação de violência.

Abstract:
Gender violence has been intensely debated in the contemporary scene, mainly due to the high rates of femicide, which requires an active stance on the part of the state in order to socially protect women in situations of violence. This article considers the formatting of public policies in the governmental agenda of the State of Piauí from the perspective of gender and race, with the objective of verifying the presence and structure of public policies aimed specifically at black women in situations of violence in the neoliberal scenario. . From a descriptive and qualitative study, the work was developed through systematic literature review on the subject and through documentary analysis of archives available on the official website of the State of Piauí Government. At the end, the lack of public policies in the State of Piauí aimed especially at black women in situations of violence is pointed out.
