A PERSONALIDADE DE UM POVO, O TANGO E A SUA MEMÓRIA
A proposta deste trabalho é observar
aspectos de memória coletiva que influenciam
e caracterizam a personalidade de um povo,
partindo do caráter tango relacionado á dança,
objetivando a reflexão da interferência do
contexto histórico-social e relacionando-o
com o gênero de dança no que diz respeito a
movimentos, gestos, expressões e música. Têm
se a premissa de contribuir para as discussões
que permeiam as influências e bases para
formações artísticas e culturais que se
mantêm como história viva e como referências
de identificação de um povo, através de
transmissões que se perpetuam por gerações,
embora seja sempre de forma flexível e possível
de transformação.

Abstract:
The objective of this work is to
observe facets of the collective memory that
influence and characterize the personality of a
population, from the characteristics of tango as
a dance, aiming at a reflexion on the interference
of the historical and social context, relating them
to dance as a practice regarding movements,
gestures, expressions and music. The intention
is to contribute to the discussions on the
influences and bases for artistic and cultural
formation, which are maintained as living history
and reference for the identity of a population, in
communications that are perpetuated through
generations, albeit flexible and subject to
transformation.
