A performance oral dos operadores do Direito
A partir dos primeiros resultados do projeto de pesquisa A performance oral dos operadores do Direito desenvolvido junto à Universidade Estácio FAP por alunos de Iniciação Científica que visitaram, durante o segundo semestre de 2018, o fórum criminal de Belém. O resultado aqui apresentado trata da importância da performance no exercício da atividade jurídica pelos integrantes da defesa técnica no Tribunal do Júri, instituição colegiada que agrega leigos em matéria jurisdicional. Nesse sentido a teatralização alcança ainda maior valor tendo em vista que os operadores precisam fazer com que, além de defender as suas teses, os membros desse corpo de jurados entendam a norma, a doutrina e a jurisprudência.

Abstract:
Based on the first results of the research project The oral performance of the operators of the Law developed by the Universidade Estácio FAP by students of Scientific Initiation who visited during the second half of 2018. The result presented here deals with the importance of performance in the exercise of the legal activity by the members of the technical defense in the Court of the Jury, collegiate institution that aggregates laymen in jurisdictional matters. In this sense, theatricality reaches even greater value in view of the fact that, in addition to defending their theses, the members of this body of jurors must understand the norm, the doctrine and the jurisprudence.
