A PERCEPÇÃO DOS ENFERMEIROS DO PROGRAMA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA QUANTO A UTILIZAÇÃO DO SISPRENATAL WEB
RESUMO
Objetivo: Verificar a percepção dos enfermeiros do Programa Saúde da Família quanto a utilização do SISPRENATAL WEB, o sistema que traz a ficha de cadastro e acompanhamento do período gravídico-puerperal. Método: pesquisa de campo, descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. Participaram 35 enfermeiros, que atuam na atenção básica, e manuseiam o sistema. Os dados foram coletados por meio da técnica de entrevista semi-estruturada, após a análise dos dados foi fundamentada a análise de conteúdo. O estudo foi iniciado após autorização da Prefeitura Municipal de Uberlândia, e após a aprovação do Comitê de Ética. Resultados: Dada a importância da informação em saúde que foi disponibilizado pelo SI (Sistema de Informação) do DATASUS o SISPRENATAL WEB, sistema on-line que traz uma ficha/ferramenta informatizada para cadastro e acompanhamento do pré-natal, parto e puerpério. Os dados coletados nesta ficha são armazenados e os mesmos geram indicadores em saúde, com informações claras, objetivas e em tempo real, com a finalidade de somar esforços para uma melhor atenção ao pré-natal, e redução da morbimortalidade materna e infantil. O sistema também contribui para o repasse de verbas aos municípios mediante o cumprimento dos procedimentos mínimos preconizados pelo Programa de Humanização Pré-Natal e Nascimento – PHPN - (conforme alimentação do sistema). Conclusão: Por meio deste estudo pode-se verificar que a ficha/sistema possibilita, por meio das informações geradas, o planejamento e a organização dos serviços de saúde. Porém, para que o sistema seja eficaz, deve ser alimentado periodicamente e atualizado, o que pode não estar sendo realizado, o sistema pode estar sendo sub-alimentado

Abstract:
ABSTRACT
Goal: Verify perceptions of the nurses of the Families’s Health Program as the use of SISPRENATAL WEB, the systems which brings the registration form and the puerperal cycle following-up. Method: Field research, descriptive with qualitative approach. 35 nurses, that work in the basic attention and operate the system, participated. The data were collected by a semi-structed interview technic, after the analysis the subject analysis (topic) was valid. The study was started after the City Hall of Uberlândia authorization, and after the Ethics committee. Results: Presented the importance of information on health which was available by IS (Information System) of DATASUS the SISPRENATAL WEB, an online system that brings a file/ tool computerized for registration and prenatal, childbirth and puerperium. The data collected in that file were stored and they generate health indicators, with objective clear and real-time information, under the addiction efforts purpose to get a better attention to the prenatal, and the reduction of mother and child morbidity mortality. The system also contributes for the transfer funds to towns under minimum proposed procedures by PHPN (as the system supply). Conclusion: By means of this study it can be verified that the file/system allow through created information, the planning and the health services organization. However, to make the system effective, it has to be periodical fuelled and updated, which it might has not been realized, the system may has been sub-fuelled. -
