A PERCEPÇÃO DA CRIANÇA ACERCA DO AMBIENTE PEDIÁTRICO
Introdução: o desenho é uma forma de expressão da criança e pode ser uma estratégia para auxiliar no cuidado em saúde. Objetivo: conhecer a percepção da criança em relação ao ambiente da pediatria. Materiais e métodos: estudo descritivo de análise qualitativa e semiótica realizado em um setor de pediatria em um hospital público localizado no Norte de Minas Gerais com seis crianças internadas com aplicação de uma entrevista semi-estruturada e produção de desenhos pelas crianças, a análise das falas foi realizada por meio da análise de conteúdo, o projeto de pesquisa obteve autorização do CEP com número 1.713.397. Resultados e discussão: os dados foram organizados para apresentação das entrevistas e desenhos das crianças. Partiu-se da sistematização de cinco categorias que representam o eixo em torno do qual o produto da dinâmica realizada se articula: A) O ambiente hospitalar na percepção da criança, B) Disciplina no hospital, horários, ambiente físico e arquitetura, C) O hospital como ambiente restritivo, D) Os recursos que podem diminuir o estresse da hospitalização e E) A expressão da criança sobre o ambiente hospitalar por meio do uso das cores, traços e formas. Considerações finais: A percepção da criança, de forma quase generalizada, é negativa em relação ao ambiente pediátrico.

Abstract:
Introduction: drawing is a form of child expression and can be a strategy to assist in health care. Objective: the perception of the child in relation to the environment of Pediatrics. Materials and methods: descriptive study of qualitative and semiotic analysis performed in a department of pediatrics in a public hospital located in the North of Minas Gerais with six children hospitalized with application of a semi-structured interview and production of drawings, the analysis of the lines was performed by means of content analysis, the research project has obtained permission of the CEP with CAAE number 58665516.4.0000.5141. Results and discussion: the data were organized for the presentation of the interviews and drawings of children. Broke the systematization of five categories that represent the axis around which the dynamic product held articulates: A) the hospital environment in the perception of the child B) Discipline in the hospital, timetables, physical environment and architecture, C) the hospital as restrictive environment, D) resources that can lessen the stress of hospitalization and the E) child's expression about the hospital environment through the use of colors traces and shapes. Final thoughts: the perception of the child, in an almost generalized, is negative in relation to paediatric environment. The care the child should be committed to the welfare of the child.
