A PARTICIPAÇÃO DOS RESPONSÁVEIS DE ALUNOS DE UMA TURMA DE PROJETO COMO ELEMENTO MOTIVADOR NA APRENDIZAGEM
Em uma sala de aula, e na relação professor-aluno, existem diversos fatores que envolvem o processo ensino-aprendizagem. O docente, como o sujeito facilitador, tem habilidades para desenvolver ações na busca do progresso cognitivo dos alunos. Além disso, os professores podem construir um ambiente escolar onde os alunos encontram motivação para estar e aprender. Dentro desta abordagem, surgiu o projeto nomeado: Pai, olha quem eu sou na escola! O objetivo foi de verificar se ocorrem mudanças no processo de aprendizagem em discentes de uma turma cujo projeto se chama Acelera de alunos defasados idade-ano escolar, após relatar aos pais sobre os avanços conquistados dos discentes no cotidiano escolar. O projeto estabeleceu os seguintes procedimentos: - Rodas de conversa para que os alunos pudessem contar como era o relacionamento deles com os responsáveis. - Através das informações coletadas, realizaram-se os relatórios, atentando para a particularidade e a realidade concernente de cada discente. – Subsequente, o responsável recebia um convite para dialogar com a docente da turma. Neste momento, foram apresentados os avanços conquistados dos alunos no que tange ao processo de aprendizagem e aos aspectos formativos que foram desenvolvidos. – Por último, os alunos compartilharam com a turma se ocorreu alguma mudança no âmbito familiar após a conversa da professora com os pais. O projeto desenvolveu-se nos meses de maio e junho de 2018 e pôde-se contar com a presença dos responsáveis dos dezoito alunos da turma. Vale ressaltar que se deu preferência pela representação masculina da família. Em relação aos resultados, do que trata ao âmbito dos responsáveis, inferiu-se que ficaram surpreendidos com os relatórios positivos apresentados. Alguns se emocionaram e relataram suas histórias de vida. No contexto dos discentes, depreendeu-se uma mudança na participação nas propostas estabelecidas na sala de aula, demostrando motivação em aprender e fazer parte do ambiente escolar.

Abstract:
In the classroom, and in the teacher-student relationship, there are several factors that involve the teaching-learning process. The teacher, as the facilitating subject, has skills to develop actions in pursuit of students' cognitive progress. In addition, teachers can build a school environment where students find motivation to be and to learn. Within this approach came the project named: Dad, look who I am in school! The objective was to verify if there are changes in the learning process in students of a special class called Accelerate, composed by students who are out of school age, after reporting to the parents about the achievements of students in everyday school. The project established the following procedures: - Round of conversation so that students could tell how their relationship was with their parents. - Through the information collected, the reports were made, paying attention to the particularity and the reality concerning each student. - Subsequently, the guardian received an invitation to talk with the class teacher. At this moment, the achievements of the students regarding the learning process and the formative aspects that were developed were presented. - Finally, the students shared with the class if there was any change in the family environment after the teacher's conversation with the parents. The project took place in May and June of 2018 and was attended by the guardians of eighteen students in the class. It is noteworthy that preference was given to the male representation of the family. In relation to the results, regarding the scope of the guardians, it was inferred that they were surprised by the positive reports presented. Some were thrilled and discussed their life stories. In the context of students, a change in participation in the proposals established in the classroom showed a motivation to learn and to be part of the school environment.
