A PARTICIPAÇÃO DE MULHERES EM CRIMES CONTRA O PATRIMÔNIO: ANÁLISE DE PROCESSOS CRIMINAIS
Este trabalho tem como objetivo
abordar a participação de mulheres em crimes
contra o patrimônio (furto, apropriação indébita,
latrocínio, e também contra a fé pública como
a falsificação de dinheiro/moeda) mediante a
análise de processos crimes no período de 1965
a 1980, julgados na comarca de Guarapuava-
PR. Buscamos delinear as circunstâncias e
cenários das práticas delituosas em que as
mulheres tiveram atuação, assim como o perfil
das pessoas envolvidas, e para isso tomamos
como ponto de partida os referenciais da
história das mulheres e dos estudos de gênero.
Metodologicamente nos pautamos na análise
quantitativa e qualitativa dos dados, com o intuito
de contribuir para a ampliação das discussões
concernentes à temática, visibilizando e
problematizando a violência feminina.

Abstract:
This work aims to address the
participation of women in crimes against
property (theft, misappropriation, robbery, and
also against public faith such as counterfeiting
of money / currency) through the analysis of
criminal cases in the period from 1965 to 1980,
tried in the region of Guarapuava-PR. We sought
to outline the circumstances and scenarios
of the criminal practices in which the women
worked, as well as the profile of the people
involved, and for this we took as a starting point
the references of women’s history and gender
studies. Methodologically we focus on the
quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data,
aiming to contribute to the broadening of the
discussions concerning the theme, visibilizing
and problematizing female violence.
