A PARCERIA PÚBLICO-PRIVADA DO PROJETO AUTONOMIA CARIOCA: A RELAÇÃO DE UMA ACELERAÇÃO DE ESTUDOS COM ÍNDICES QUALIFICADORES DA REDE PÚBLICA CARIOCA (2010-2014)
Esse artigo anallisa o Projeto Autonomia Carioca, à luz de sua documentação oficial, que atendeu alunos do sexto ao oitavo ano do ensino fundamental usando a Metodologia Telessala. O texto apresenta uma análise da referida documentação no período entre 2010 e 2014. Efetuada à luz dos estudos de Stephen Ball, Marisa Abreu, Maria da Glória Gohn, Carlos Montaño, entre ou tros, a conclusão da análise dos dados observou uma avaliação positiva dessa aceleração d estudos pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação do Rio de Janeiro e da Fundação Roberto Marinho, a qual contribuiu na melhora da qualidade da educação carioca. Contudo, essa melhoria refletiu mais a prevalência de uma lógica gerencialista do que à efetiva aprendizagem dos alunos.

Abstract:
The article analizes the Autonomy Carioca Project, in the light of it official documentation, which served students from 6th and 8th grade of elementary scool using the Telessala Metodology. The text presents analysis of refferend documentation in the period between 2010 and 2014. Made in the light of studies of Stephen Ball, Marisa Abreu, Maria da Glória Gohn, Carlos Montaño, among others, The conclusion of data analysis observed a positive evaluation of acceleration of studies by Municipal Education Department of Rio de Janeiro and Roberto Marinho Fundation. which contributed to the improvement in the quality of education in Rio. However, this improvement reflected more the prevalence of managerialist logic than the effective learning of students.
