Abstract: It aims to identify and recognize which model of continuous and dialogued training is in practice in the experience of teachers working in Early Childhood Education, and propose actions so that the school is a space rich in exchanging experiences and new learning among professionals, as well as constitutes a welcoming space for newcomers, encouraging dialogue and cooperation between peers. The research, of a qualitative and exploratory nature, plans to approach a group of 10 professionals who meet the aforementioned inclusion criteria. Participants will be selected through snowball or snowball sampling, using the chain recruitment technique (referral by the participant to other potential participants with the same research inclusion profile). It is noteworthy that the participating teachers work linked to the public education network in São José dos Campos.
