A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19 O IMPACTO NA SAÚDE MENTAL DE PROFESSORES(AS) DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA NOS MUNICÍPIOS GAÚCHOS E OS DESAFIOS PARA A GESTÃO PÚBLICA DE SAÚDE
A crise sanitária brasileira em decorrência da coronavírus atingiu os diversos setores da sociedade, inclusive na esfera da educação, que foi drasticamente afetada pela nova configuração do trabalho das aulas remotas em home office, no qual potencializou as demandas, e reforçou a precarização do processo de trabalho já existente. Assim, o consequente estresse e desgaste físico e psicológico da atual conjuntura brasileira, foi avaliado através de uma pesquisa quali/quantitativa em uma região do sul do Brasil, com professores(as) da Educação Básica Brasileira. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar os impactos da Pandemia da Covid-19 na vida dos Professores da Educação Básica do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, situado no Brasil. Dentre os principais resultados obtidos estão o apontamento para uma piora na saúde mental dos professores, ao mesmo tempo a capacidade de resiliência dos entrevistados. Outro resultado importante diz respeito a necessidade de tornar o sistema de saúde público para atenção da saúde mental, mais robusto e potente no cotidiano destes professores e professoras.

Abstract:
The Brazilian health crisis due to the coronavirus has affected the various sectors of society, including the sphere of education, which was drastically affected by the new configuration of the work of remote classes in home office, which increased the demands, and reinforced the precarization of the existing work process. Thus, the consequent stress and physical and psychological wear of the current Brazilian conjuncture was evaluated through a qualitative/quantitative research in a southern region of Brazil, with Brazilian Basic Education teachers. The objective of the study was to analyze the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic in the lives of Basic Education teachers in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, located in Brazil. Among the main results obtained are the pointing to a worsening in the mental health of the teachers, at the same time the resilience capacity of the interviewees. Another important result concerns the need to make the public health system for mental health care more robust and powerful in the daily lives of these teachers.
