A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19 E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS PARA A VIOLÊNCIA LABORAL DEFERIDA À EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM
O objetivo deste estudo foi refletir sobre o possível aumento da violência no trabalho da equipe de enfermagem em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se de um estudo teórico-reflexivo acerca da relação entre a pandemia da COVID-19 e o aumento dos casos de violência laboral contra a equipe de enfermagem, sendo dividido em dois capítulos: “violência laboral contra a equipe de enfermagem e suas consequências” e “Relação entre a pandemia da covid-19 e o provável aumento da violência laboral contra a equipe de enfermagem”. Os profissionais da equipe de enfermagem convivem cotidianamente com a violência laboral, ora como vítimas, ora como espectadores, tornando evidente o risco de agravos biopsicossociais. Acredita-se que estes episódios de violência tenham aumentado devido à COVID-19, pois a violência e a discriminação social contra os profissionais de saúde aumentaram gravemente a nível mundial, principalmente contra os profissionais da equipe de enfermagem. Com vistas a minimizar o risco de violência e o sofrimento dos profissionais no contexto pandêmico, a OPAS passou a indicar medidas impactantes que incluem a adequação das jornadas de trabalho; obrigatoriedade do descanso; orientação, capacitação e insumos para diminuir a exposição ao vírus; garantir segurança e apoio psicossocial; entre outras. O papel da enfermagem é fundamental, seja durante uma pandemia ou não, e o adoecimento destes profissionais coloca em risco o andamento dos serviços de saúde e do SUS como um todo, por isso, os agentes causadores da violência laboral devem ser extintos a nível mundial para que as condições de trabalho melhorem e os agravamentos sejam evitados.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to reflect on the possible increase in violence in the work of the nursing team in times of the pandemic of COVID-19. This is a theoretical-reflective study on the relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and the increase in cases of violence at work against the nursing team, being divided into two chapters: “Violence at work against the nursing team and its consequences "E" Relationship between the covid-19 pandemic and the probable increase in occupational violence against the nursing team. "The professionals of the nursing team live daily with violence at work, sometimes as victims, sometimes as spectators, showing the risk of biopsychosocial problems.These episodes of violence are believed to have increased due to COVID-19, as violence and social discrimination against health professionals increased sharply worldwide, especially against nursing team professionals, with with the objective of minimizing the risk of violence and suffering of professionals in the pandemic context, PAHO started to indicate impacting measures that include action of the workday; mandatory res t; guidance, training and inputs to reduce exposure to the virus; ensure security and psychosocial support; among others. The role of nursing is fundamental, whether during a pandemic or not, and the illness of these professionals jeopardizes the progress of health services and SUS as a whole, therefore, the agents that cause violence at work must be extinguished throughout the country. world so that working conditions improve and injuries are avoided.
