““A ONDA” NAS ESCOLAS: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA EXTENSIONISTA FUNDAMENTADA NA INTERSECÇÃO ENTRE DIREITO CONSTITUCIONAL E CINEMA”
O objetivo do presente trabalho é expor a importância da experiência extensionista das acadêmicas da graduação em Direito durante a execução do projeto de extensão intitulado “A onda nas escolas:
Temas de Ciência Política e Direito Constitucional em Escolas de Ensino Médio de Santa Maria”, executado no primeiro semestre de 2019. O projeto foi executado por um grupo de alunos da disciplina de Extensão em Direito II do Curso de Direito e consistiu em estudo, planejamento e execução de oficina presencial junto a uma escola pública de ensino médio de Santa Maria, na qual foi abordada a problemática da apropriação pelos adolescentes de conceitos teóricos de sistemas político-administrativos e análise do atual cenário político-social brasileiro a partir do Direito Constitucional, usando, para tanto, o olhar crítico da obra cinematográfica “A Onda” (Die Welle), película alemã de 2008, dirigida por Dennis Gansel.

The purpose of this article is to expose the importance of the extension experience of undergraduate law students during the execution of the extension project entitled “A onda nas escolas:
Temas de Ciência Política e Direito Constitucional em Escolas de Ensino Médio de Santa Maria”, carried out in the first semester of 2019. The project was carried out by a group of students from the Extension Course in Law II of the Law Course and consisted of study, planning and execution of a face-to-face workshop with a public high school in Santa Maria, in which the problem of the appropriation by the adolescents of theoretical concepts of political-administrative systems and analysis of the current Brazilian political-social scenario based on Constitutional Law was addressed, using, for that, the critical look of the cinematographic work “A Onda” (Die Welle), German film of 2008, directed by Dennis Gansel. -
