A OBJEÇÃO MÉDICA DIANTE DA POSSIBILIDADE DE INTERRUPÇÃO DE GRAVIDEZ E O DIREITO HUMANO À VIDA
Este estudo objetivou especificamente estudar o direito à vida em relação a objeção médica e a possibilidade da mulher interromper a própria gravidez. O trabalho é dividido em três seções. A primeira busca abordar o direito à vida, enquanto o segundo visa estudar a objeção da consciência na atuação médica e a terceira a interrupção da gravidez pela mulher, momento no qual o estudo, ainda que brevemente, busca analisar a situação objeção da consciência médica X interrupção da gravidez, tendo como norte e pano de fundo o maior bem: a vida, enquanto direito humano e fundamental. O método de abordagem utilizado neste trabalho será o dedutivo. Tal método almeja explicar o conteúdo das premissas, utilizando-se, para tanto, de uma linha de raciocínio em ordem descendente, que parte da análise do geral ao particular para chegar a uma conclusão.

Abstract:
This study aimed specifically to study the right to life in relation to medical objection and the possibility for women to terminate their own pregnancy. The work is divided into three sections. The first seeks to address the right to life, while the second seeks to study the conscientious objection in medical practice and the third seeks to terminate the pregnancy by the woman, at which point the study, albeit briefly, seeks to analyze the medical conscientious objection situation X termination of pregnancy, with the greatest good as a backdrop and background: life, as a fundamental and human right. The approach method used in this work will be the deductive one. This method aims to explain the content of the premises, using, for this purpose, a line of reasoning in descending order, which starts from the analysis of the general to the particular to reach a conclusion.
