A MÚSICA NA PSICOLOGIA HOSPITALAR: UM ESTUDO FENOMENOLÓGICO-EXISTENCIAL A PARTIR DE DEPOIMENTOS DA PRÁTICA DE PSICÓLOGAS
Trata-se de um artigo que teve como objetivo compreender a música enquanto um recurso facilitador nos atendimentos realizados no ambiente hospitalar. Para os dados foi elaborado um instrumento de análise exploratório e qualitativo, a fim de se compreender os benefícios produzidos pela música nos atendimentos com pacientes hospitalizados, tendo como base o método fenomenológico-existencial. A pesquisa contou com duas participantes, sendo psicólogas hospitalares atuantes e que fazem o uso de música em seus atendimentos. As psicólogas responderam a um questionário aberto, relatando sua experiência ressaltando o sentido de se realizar atendimento com o recurso música e o significado dessa modalidade de atendimento para o paciente atendido. A partir da compreensão dos relatos escritos pelas psicólogas constatou-se que a música é um recurso facilitador enquanto um instrumento terapêutico utilizado no ambiente hospitalar, beneficiando os pacientes em aspectos físicos, emocionais, espirituais, culturais e sociais. A música é facilitadora no sentido de motivar o paciente, lhe dando novas perspectivas frente a sua hospitalização, fazendo ressurgir o brilho da vida mediante momentos tão dolorosos para o mesmo. A música acalma, tranquiliza e conforta, no sentido de promover acolhimento e humanização aos pacientes.

Abstract:
It is an article that aimed to understand music as a facilitating resource in the care provided in the hospital environment. For the data, an exploratory and qualitative analysis instrument was developed in order to understand the benefits produced by music in the care of hospitalized patients, based on the phenomenological-existential method. The research had two participants, being active hospital psychologists and who use music in their care. The psychologists answered an open questionnaire, reporting their experience highlighting the sense of providing care with the music resource and the meaning of this type of care for the patient being served. From the understanding of the reports written by psychologists, it was found that music is a facilitating resource as a therapeutic instrument used in the hospital environment, benefiting patients in physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and social aspects. Music is a facilitator in the sense of motivating the patient, giving him new perspectives regarding his hospitalization, making the brilliance of life reappear through moments that are so painful for him. The music calms, reassures and comforts, in order to promote welcoming and humanization to patients.
