A MULTIDIMENSIONALIDADE DO CONCEITO DE BEM-ESTAR
Este trabalho tem como objetivo abordar as dimensões do conceito de bem-estar e
as considerações teórico-metodológicas adotadas no processo de mensuração do
mesmo. Através de revisão literária articula sistematicamente as partes que compõe
o bem-estar enquanto medida que capta de modo peculiar, elementos capazes de
contribuir com o desenvolvimento de populações em diferentes contextos
socioeconômicos. A conclusão é de que o conceito se modifica absorvendo
questões temporais em cada realidade, podendo considerar efeitos de
acontecimentos históricos gerados por questões sociais, crises econômicas,
climáticas e sanitárias no mundo. Assim sendo, necessita atenção de organizações
governamentais, não-governamentais e de populações diferentes para o alcance de
sua eficácia no campo das políticas públicas, bem como, para alcançar novos
paradigmas de desenvolvimento global.

Abstract:
This work aims to address the dimensions of the concept of well-being and the
theoretical-methodological considerations adopted in the process of measuring it.
Through a literary review, it systematically articulates the parts that make up well-
being as a measure that captures, in a peculiar way, elements capable of
contributing to the development of populations in different socioeconomic contexts.
The conclusion is that the concept is modified by absorbing temporal issues in each
reality, being able to consider the effects of historical events generated by social
issues, economic, climatic and health crises in the world. Therefore, it needs the
attention of governmental and non-governmental organizations and different
populations to reach its effectiveness in the field of public policies, as well as to reach
new paradigms of global development.
