A MULHER NEGRA COMO APRESENTADORA DE TELEVISÃO
Está pesquisa tem como objetivo verificar a presença da mulher negra como apresentadora de televisão. Com uma pesquisa de campo nas emissoras Globo, SBT, Record, Rede Tv, Band, Cultura e Gazeta em São Paulo, enxergasse a falta de mulheres negras neste cargo. Partindo da abolição da escravatura que não inseriu o negro na sociedade e principalmente no mercado de trabalho, pontuasse o cenário atual da população negra no Brasil para desenvolvimento da questão. A mulher teve dificuldades para se inserir no mundo profissional, e o negro mais ainda. Temos assim a mulher negra como última na fila da inserção social. Trazendo evidências do de início a entrada dessas duas minorias no jornalismo, obtemos o sexismo e o racismo como grandes obstáculos. Este projeto busca entender as causas desta falta de representatividade e oportunidades, colocando o racismo estrutural como peça chave para esse problema. Trazendo também relatos de jornalistas negras sobre o preconceito dentro do jornalismo e como elas se sentem neste meio. Nos relatos se dá enfoque em duas jornalistas: Maria Julia Coutinho e Joyce Ribeiro, as únicas duas âncoras negras dos telejornais verificados. Enxergando a posição de apresentador de televisão o cargo do jornalismo mais ligado a estética, o rosto da notícia, está pesquisa busca levantar o questionamento de porque este rosto praticamente nunca de uma mulher negra.

Abstract:
This research aims to verify the presence of black women as a television host. With field research at Globo, SBT, Record, Rede Tv, Band, Cultura, and Gazeta stations in São Paulo, is clear the lack of black women in this position. Starting from the abolition of slavery, that did not include black people in society and especially in the job market, we have a current scenario for the black population in Brazil to develop the issue. The woman had difficulties to insert herself in the professional world, and the black one even more. So, we have the black woman as last in the line of social insertion. Bringing evidence of the beginning of the entry of these two minorities into journalism, we obtain sexism and racism as the major obstacles. This project seeks to understand the causes of this lack of representativeness and opportunities, placing structural racism as the key to this problem. Also bringing reports of black journalists about prejudice within journalism and how they feel about it. The reports focus on two journalists: Maria Julia Coutinho and Joyce Ribeiro, the only two black anchors of the verified television news. Seeing the position of television host as the field of journalism more linked to aesthetics, the face of news, this research seeks to raise the question of why this face rarely is a black woman.
