Este trabalho foi elaborado uma

pesquisa qualitativa exploratória sobre a

motivação intrínseca do educando na escolha

do curso e no ato de estudar na UESB.

Foi desenvolvido um breve histórico sobre

a motivação, e alguns principais teóricos

que falam sobre a mesma. Tendo Ortega y

Gasset (2000), José Aloyseo Bsuneck e Evely

Burochovitch (2009) como referência para o

desenvolvimento deste trabalho. Em Seguida

foi realizado um levantamento sobre pesquisas

com abordagem sobre motivação nos anais

do ENEQ 2014 ocorrido em Ouro Preto-

MG. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa

de caráter exploratório sobre a Motivação

e o estudar dos alunos do 1º semestre, 5º

semestre e os formandos da UESB de Jequié-

BA, baseada na teoria de (Strauss e Glaser

1967 apud GASQUE 2007) categorizando a

mesma através das codificações, aberta, axial

e seletiva. Após, a análise dos dados obtidos

com inquéritos com os discentes e os docentes

em seguida foi articulado e organizado linhas

hipotéticas para entender os obstáculos, bem

como catalisadores do desenvolvimento desta.

Seguidamente foram otimizados propostas para

fomentar a motivação intrínseca no estudante a

partir do inquérito realizado com os educadores,

proposta baseada na pedagogia científica de

Whitehead (1969).

Abstract:
This work was elaborated a

qualitative exploratory research on the intrinsic

motivation of the student in the choice of

the course and in the act of studying in the

UESB. A brief history of motivation has been

developed, and some leading theorists talk

about it. Ortega y Gasset (2000), José Aloyseo

Bsuneck and Evely Burochovitch (2009) as

reference for the development of this work.

Next, a survey was carried out on researches

with a focus on motivation in the annals of the

ENEQ 2014 that occurred in Ouro Preto-MG. A

qualitative exploratory research was carried out

on Motivation and the study of the students of

the 1st semester, 5th semester and the UESB

graduates of Jequié-BA, based on the theory of

(Strauss and Glaser 1967 apud GASQUE 2007)

categorizing it through the coding, open, axial

and selective. Afterwards, the analysis of data

obtained with surveys with the students and

teachers was then organized and organized

hypothetical lines to understand the obstacles,

as well as catalysts of the development of this.

Proposals were then optimized to foster intrinsic

student motivation based on the survey conducted with educators, a proposal based

on the scientific pedagogy of Whitehead (1969).
