A mística da autossugestão: uma nova versão da oração jaculatória
A tradição da mística cristã inventou as orações-jaculatórias, caracterizadas pela brevidade, simplicidade e bondade, tendo como efeito a união com Deus, a amorização do coração e a oração contínua. Uma definição clássica de oração é a seguinte: elevação da mente a Deus. Com a invenção da oração-jaculatória, o ato de rezar passa a ser compreendido como elevação do coração a Deus. Dessa forma, o coração torna-se locus no qual Deus habita porque adentra na vida dos homens e mulheres com a abundância de suas riquezas. O coração, além de órgão, é um recurso metafórico através do qual a mística, a religião e a poesia das diversas etnias traduzem o espiritualmente mais profundo, o religiosamente mais precioso e o sentimentalmente mais belo. Análogo à tradição da espiritualidade cristã, notadamente nas orações-jaculatórias, tem-se a mística da autossugestão. Os padres do deserto criaram as orações-jaculatórias, a espiritualidade coaching criou os automotivadores: expressões-fórmula repetidas durante todo o dia. Os automotivadores fundados na lógica da autossugestão levam o praticante a repetir afirmações positivas, tais como “dia após dia, em todos os sentidos, pela graça de Deus, estou ficando cada vez melhor”. Tanto a jaculatória quanto o automotivador funcionam, portanto, a base de repetições que realizam no ambiente intrapsicológico do sujeito o que se chama substituição simbólica. O objetivo deste trabalho é, de um lado, apresentar a convergência entre a perspectiva prático e simbólica das orações-jaculatórias e a realização prática e sugestiva dos automotivadores e, por outro lado, demostrar o nascimento, o crescimento e a disseminação de um movimento interior e espiritual que atento às demandas da geração digital transpõe os limites da religião e das espiritualidades convencionais.

Abstract:
The tradition of Christian mysticism invented the ejaculatory prayers, characterized by brevity, simplicity and kindness, having the effect of union with God, love of the heart and continuous prayer. A classic definition of prayer is as follows: lifting the mind to God. With the invention of the ejaculatory prayer, the act of praying came to be understood as an elevation of the heart to God. In this way, the heart becomes the locus in which God dwells because he enters the lives of men and women with the abundance of his riches. The heart, in addition to being an organ, is a metaphorical resource through which the mystique, religion and poetry of different ethnic groups translate the spiritually deepest, the most religiously precious and the most sentimentally beautiful. Analogous to the tradition of Christian spirituality, notably in ejaculatory prayers, there is the mystique of autosuggestion. The desert priests created the ejaculatory prayers, coaching spirituality created the self-motivators: formula expressions repeated throughout the day. Self-motivators based on the logic of autosuggestion lead the practitioner to repeat positive affirmations, such as “day after day, in every way, by the grace of God, I am getting better”. Both the ejaculatory and the self-motivating function, therefore, on the basis of repetitions that perform in the subject's intrapsychological environment what is called symbolic substitution. The objective of this work is, on the one hand, to present the convergence between the practical and symbolic perspective of ejaculatory prayers and the practical and suggestive realization of self-motivators and, on the other hand, to demonstrate the birth, growth and dissemination of an inner movement. and spiritual that attentive to the demands of the digital generation, transposes the limits of religion and conventional spiritualities.
