À MARGEM DAS DESIGUALDADES: CARACTERIZAÇÃO DA POPULAÇÃO ATENDIDA PELO CONSULTÓRIO NA RUA DE LONDRINA-PR
O presente trabalho buscou descrever o perfil sócio demográfico e o uso de álcool e de drogas ilícitas da população em situação de rua, cadastrada nos prontuários da equipe do Consultório na Rua de Londrina-PR e relacionar estes dados com a desigualdade social do nosso país. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de caráter transversal com abordagem quantitativa. A população do estudo foi composta por 302 indivíduos em situação de rua, cadastrados no Consultório na Rua de Londrina. Dos 302 usuários cadastrados, houve predomínio do gênero masculino (78,1%); da raça parda (48,7%); com ensino fundamental incompleto (60,3%); e faixa etária de 30 a 39 anos (39,1%). Em relação ao uso de álcool e drogas ilícitas houve o seguinte resultado: 8,21% referem o uso apenas de álcool; (7,62%) somente o uso de drogas ilícitas; (53,64%) o uso de álcool e drogas ilícitas e (30,13%) não informaram sobre o uso de substâncias. Os dados obtidos através da investigação revelaram estreita associação entre o perfil sócio demográfico e as formas de reprodução da desigualdade social no Brasil.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to describe the socio-demographic profile and use of alcohol and illicit drugs of the street population, registered in the medical records of the consulting team in Londrina-PR and to relate this data with a social inequality of their country.This is a cross-sectional descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 302 individuals in a street situation, enrolled in the Office in Londrina Street. Of the 302 users enrolled in the Street Office, the male gender predominated (78.1%); Of the brown breed (48.7%); With incomplete primary education (60.3%); And age group of 30 to 39 years (39.1%). In relation to the use of alcohol and illicit drugs, there was the following result: (8.21%) reported using alcohol alone; (7.62%) only the use of illicit drugs; (53.64%) use of alcohol and illicit drugs and (30.13%) did not report substance use. The data obtained through the investigation revealed a close association between the socio-demographic profile and the forms of reproduction of social inequality in Brazil.
