Abstract: In the period comprising the first two decades of the 21st century, Metropolis Belo Horizonte has been undergoing an urban restructuring in which space processes becomes empirically visible - with emphasis on urban decentralization, ideas and performances of space moderating social agents urban in its urban expansion vector called Vetor Norte. We had at first the protagonism of the State. The objective of this paper is to highlight the second moment, which comprises the period after the implementation of urban infrastructures and equipment by the State in this area, in which the performance and achievement of the ideals and objectives of social agents are more directly linked to the real estate sector, the performance and achievement, where a real estate restructuring is also concomitantly in the molds of the new real estate market.
