Abstract: Logistics designed according to the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles can consolidate itself as a competitive factor in the International Market, since it seeks to introduce actions that aim to mitigate environmental impacts, improve social conditions and strengthen corporate governance. Seeking to meet the demand for sustainability and ensure excellence in the international market, companies that invest in ESG Logistics gain a competitive advantage by incorporating the use of clean and efficient transport modes into their strategic planning, in addition to implementing ethical and transparent supply chains, as well as the adoption of inclusion and diversity policies. In this context, applying the methodology of an exploratory research and a case study, this study aimed to investigate the growing relevance of sustainability and social responsibility in purchasing and investment decisions in international trade, emphasizing ESG Logistics as a strategy of competitive differentiation to stimulate the growth and positioning of companies in the global market. As a result of the research, the Marsk-Amazon partnership focused on sustainability stands out.
